We want anyone who reaches out to Powertekpressurewash Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Powertekpressurewash Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@powertekpressurewash.lat and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
