Who You Talk To

When you send a request, you end up talking with an independent septic or sewer provider in your area. That provider is a separate business. Powertekpressurewash Septic does not do the work, and the provider is the one who visits your home.

What Happens Next

Here is the usual path:

• You describe the problem and where you live.
• Your request goes to a local provider in the network.
• The provider contacts you to ask a few questions.
• You agree on a visit time, or you decide not to move forward.

Many providers can respond quickly, but timing depends on the provider and the season. Storm weeks can be busy.

Get Ready Before You Talk

A little prep saves time. Grab a notepad and jot down:

• Which drains are slow, and which are fine
• Any odors, wet spots, or gurgling sounds
• When you last had the tank pumped, if you know
• Where the tank lid or cleanout may be

Do not open a tank lid or dig on your own. Leave that to the pro.

What to Ask a Provider

Skip the guesswork. Ask these:

• Are you licensed and insured for this work in Alabama?
• What will the visit include?
• Can I get a written quote before work starts?
• How long will it take, and will water be off?
• What can I do to keep this from coming back?

For pumping, ask what happens if the provider finds a problem during the visit. For repairs, ask how they will protect your lawn.
